I've witnessed sport's transformative power firsthand, from my own journey as a bullied kid who found confidence on a basketball court, to watching my autistic son discover his voice through football. Sport doesn't only build athletes. First, it builds humans.
But here's what breaks my heart: millions of children worldwide are locked out of this transformation by barriers we can actually remove. Geography. Cost. Lack of local programs. Discrimination.
Meanwhile, businesses spend billions seeking authentic social impact that employees can feel proud of and stakeholders can verify.
Our mission is to make sport truly accessible for children everywhere by providing safer spaces, essential gear and robust support to build happiness, confidence and resilience.

We believe sport should be a right, not a privilege. Fielded unites clubs, brands, organisations around the world to fund gear, coaching, and opportunity so everyone gets a fair shot at the game.
Sport is one of the greatest levellers. On the pitch, it doesn’t matter where you’re from, what you look like, or how much money is in your pocket. What matters is the chance to play.
But for millions of children, that chance never comes. The cost of kit, club fees, transport, or even a safe place to play means they’re left on the sidelines, watching while others grow stronger, more confident, and more connected.
We believe that’s not just unfair—it’s unacceptable. Sport should be a right, not a privilege.
